INFORMATION NOTICE ON THE PROTECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("PDPL"), any information that identifies or makes you identifiable, including your sensitive personal data, is processed as Personal Data by ÇÖZÜM ÜNLÜER BAĞIMSIZ DENETİM VE YEMİNLİ MALİ MÜŞAVİRLİK A.Ş. in its capacity as Data Controller, within the scope specified below.

The term “processing of your personal data” is a legal concept and under the Law No. 6698, this term refers to any operation performed on data such as collection, recording, storage, retention, alteration, reorganization, disclosure, transfer, acquisition, making it available, classification, or preventing its use.

The personal data you share with our Company in the capacity of subscriber, customer, supplier, consumer, physical or online visitor, business partner, or employee (including apprentices and interns) may be processed in accordance with the PDPL, proportionally and in connection with the purposes of our activities and services, transferred to third parties in Turkey or abroad, stored, used for profiling or other commercial purposes related to our business, and classified.

The purpose of publishing this information/clarification text is to inform you clearly about how your personal data is collected, for what purposes it is processed, the legal grounds for processing, and your legal rights in line with your satisfaction.

Below are important terms and concepts regarding the protection and processing of personal data to ensure your full understanding of the subject.

a) Who is the Data Controller?

Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, the data controller is our Company, ÇÖZÜM ÜNLÜER BAĞIMSIZ DENETİM VE YEMİNLİ MALİ MÜŞAVİRLİK A.Ş. Your personal data may be collected and processed by ÇÖZÜM ÜNLÜER BAĞIMSIZ DENETİM VE YEMİNLİ MALİ MÜŞAVİRLİK A.Ş. within the scope explained below.

b) Purposes for Which Your Personal Data is or Will Be Processed

• Your personal data will be processed for the fulfillment of your contracts, evaluation of services provided, compliance with domestic and international regulations, especially tax legislation and Social Security Institution regulations, fulfilling obligations regarding risk monitoring and notification, meeting legal reporting and information obligations to authorities, retention of data and documentation required by legislation, prevention of fraud, ensuring security, planning and statistical operations as needed by our Company, determining and implementing our Company’s business and commercial strategies, carrying out our finance, communication, market research and purchasing operations, maintaining internal system and application management, managing legal processes and social responsibility projects, and providing you with uninterrupted and reliable service, all within the scope of the data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.

• Additionally, your personal data may be processed to develop and offer products and services tailored to you, to contact you regarding the products and services you receive or will receive, and if you have granted permission, to be used in promotion, product/service offers, marketing and campaign activities, to develop suitable services and products for you, to carry out customer satisfaction studies, and for our Company's current or new product development and market research and identification of target customer groups.

• Within the scope of agreements and joint activities with third real or legal persons having business relations with our Company, your personal data may be processed to fulfill our Company’s contractual legal and commercial obligations, to establish or protect rights, for legal and commercial evaluations, risk analyses, and for financial operations.

c) To Whom and for What Purpose the Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred

Your personal data may be transferred within the limits of relevant legislation and for the purposes stated above, and for fulfilling legal obligations to the Turkish Ministry of Finance Revenue Administration, Social Security Institution, other legally authorized public institutions such as ministries and judicial bodies, organizations providing supporting services which are complementary or extensions of our Company’s activities, other contracted institutions, consultants and organizations our Company cooperates with where permitted by legislation, financial institutions, auditing or independent audit firms, and banks in accordance with the data processing conditions and purposes set out in Article 8 of Law No. 6698 regarding the transfer of personal data and Article 9 regarding the transfer of personal data abroad.

ç) Method and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data may be collected through channels such as our Company’s website, mobile or digital applications, social media, customer interviews, SMS, written/digital applications to our Company and other websites, direct sales teams, support service organizations, or via institutions, organizations, or individuals authorized to represent our Company, through communication with you or potential future communication, and by accessing the databases of various institutions and organizations, with your consent where legally required, and within the scope and limits permitted by legislation and contracts.

The personal data collected by the methods listed above may be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in this Information Notice within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes stated in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.

d) Your Rights as a Personal Data Subject under Article 11 of Law No. 6698

• To learn whether your personal data is processed,
• If processed, to request information about it,
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• To request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, and to request that the correction be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
• To request the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring its processing no longer exist, and to request notification of this to third parties,
• To object to results obtained through the analysis of personal data exclusively through automated systems,
• To demand compensation for damage if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
