Chairman of the Board - Sworn In CPA  

He was born in 1966 in Sivas. After completing his high school education at Sivas High School, he graduated from Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Finance. In January 2024, he also earned a degree in History from Anadolu University. He served as a Tax Inspector at the Ministry of Finance. He worked as a CPA-Auditor at Denge İzmir YMM A.Ş. and served as the Finance and Accounting Manager at Pergamon Status Dış Ticaret A.Ş. He then worked as a Sworn-in CPA – Responsible Auditor at Sun Independent Audit YMM A.Ş.

He currently serves as an expert witness and concordat commissioner at Tax, Commercial, and Labor Courts. He speaks English and holds the title of Responsible Auditor for Publicly Held Companies subject to the Capital Markets Board (CMB). He is also authorized as an Independent Auditor by the Public Oversight Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority.
